Convict costume is black and white striped polyester. It includes a long sleeve shirt with number patch, elastic waist pants, and a matching striped hat. Plus size fits most men up to 6'3", under 300 lbs. Waist size is 42 to 46 inches. Chest size is 48 to 50". Handcuffs not included.
